Wash palak n put hot water in it n keep aside,boil corn fr 5mins n put a pinch of salt,fry Makana.

In a pan put 1tablespoon Amul butter n 1tspoon oil n put little jeera thn.put grated onions,fry till it becomes pinkish red,put ggpaste, green chillies n tomatoes n go on stirring n thn put red chilli powder, turmeric powder n garam masala n put palak n cover with lid fr 10/15 mins. Keep fr cooling n blend the palak mixture n put salt as per taste, lastly put corn n Makana on palak mixture n sprinkle cream over n eat with chapati/roti
