Very easy and quick dhokla recipe. No need of soaking or fermentation. Healthy too.
Steps

Wash and chop spinach leaves and coriander leaves.

Add into besan, suji, salt, crushed green chili, Citric acid.

First Mix well properly and then add required water if needed. Make thick batter.

Add 2 teaspoon oil and pinch of sodabicarb. Mix immediately and pour into greased thali.

Steam for 15-20 minutes into dhokla maker.

Then cut into pieces.

In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, when crackles add sesame seeds. Add dhokla and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Yummy dhokla is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with green chutney.

For green chutney:

Grind all ingredients for chutney with little water in mixer grinder.

Enjoy with dhokla
