2 cupsall purpose flour
Oil for frying
1 cupMethi leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspcarrom seeds
1 tspred chilli powder

Wash methi leaves chop and steam it

Make a hard dough of all purpose flour

Add methi,red chilli powder,salt,carrom seeds little oil in it
4

Make the mathris with the help of roller. cut with the help of flower shaped cutter
5

Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown
