Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 175 °C.

The fish should be cleaned, head, scales and tail removed but leave skin on.

spread fish out on foil in a oven pan, no over lapping each other. skin facing down.

Add Salt to taste.

melt butter and jam together and stir until smooth syrup. Pour 3/4 of the mixture over fish. Add a squize of lemon juice. (30ml). make sure fish is properly "soaked". If you have time let it soak in for approximately 1h. But not necessary.

Add garlic and close fish with foil.

Put fish in oven for 20min
- 8
Check on fish and pour over the remaning mixture. Make sure fish is totally covered in mixture. replace foil and bake fish for last 10min.

When served add a squize of lemon to taste.
