Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan
  2. 1 tspsalt to taste
  3. 1/2 tspajwain
  4. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  5. 1 tsphaldi powder
  6. 1tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 cupdahi
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 1 tspcurry leaves
  11. 1/2 tsphing
  12. 1/2 tspjeera
  13. 1 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehleek bowl ma besan daliya aur isma agwayan,haldi aur salt Dale,aur thoda -thoda panni dal kar mix karein aur gadha ghol ready Kara.

    Ab ek kadhai man oil daal kar garam Kara. ab isma choti-choti badi daal kar deep fry Kara.

  3. 3

    Ab ek cooker ma 2tsp oil daal kar garam Kara,aur isma geera,Hing,kadhi patta dala aur fry kara ab isma sabhi masala daal kar, thoda panni daal kar mix Kara aur 5 minutes ka liya Fry Kara jab accha sa fry ho Gaya tab isma dahi aur 4 cup water add karke mix Kara aur 1 tsp salt add karde.ab 10 minutes ka liya boil hona da.

    Ab isma badi daal karfir sa 10 minutes ka liya thin gas par boil kara ab issa ek bowl ma nikal la,aur Coriander leaves uppar sa dal da, aur hot-hot rice ka satha serva Kara........
