Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmethi
  • 1/2 cupmatar
  • 1/3 cupMalaii
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tspKali Mirch
  • Few drops of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cupmethi dana
  • Pinchjeera
  • Few drops of oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add few drops of oil

  2. 2

    Crackle jeera and fenugreek seed

  3. 3

    Add matar

  4. 4

    Add malaii, salt, pepper mix well

  5. 5

    Add half cup of water and half cup of milk

  6. 6

    Add methi give them 2-3boil

  7. 7

    Add few drop of sauce &give 2boil

  8. 8

    Serve with paratha..
