Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 5 servings
  • 14 ozcooked pasta (about 400 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1 teaspoonmixed spices
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonground dried coriander
  • Pinchsalt
  • 4 cupssunflower oil (about 1 liter), for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well until a soft dough forms.

    Shape the mixture into patties.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil well and fry the patties until golden brown.

    Remove them from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

    Arrange on a serving plate, garnish as desired, and serve hot.
