14 ozcooked pasta (about 400 grams)
2eggs
1 teaspooncurry powder
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoonmixed spices
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
1 teaspoonground dried coriander
Pinchsalt
4 cupssunflower oil (about 1 liter), for frying

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well until a soft dough forms.

Shape the mixture into patties.

Heat the oil well and fry the patties until golden brown.

Remove them from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
