Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add the sooji & roast on a medium heat until light golden.

Meanwhile warm milk in a saucepan.add sugar, rose syrup,food colour & stir to dissolve completely. As the milk boils turn offthe heat.

Now add the milk mixture to the roasted sooji & mix well so dat no lumps are formed. Cook until all the moisture evaporates & mixture keaves ghee on all sides.

Garnish with pistachios & Serve hot with palak puri.
