Ingredients

4chicken breast strips
1 cupparmesan cheese
3eggs
1seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic)
1olive oil to fry in

Steps

1

Keep strips or cut into nugget size.

Whip eggs and place in bag with chicken to coat.

Add dry ingredients and dip chicken into it. You can dip back into egg and back into seasonings if desired.

Place in frying pan with heated oil. Cook until chicken is stringy (like string cheese) inside.
