For roll stuffing - in a kadai put oil, add jeera, once sputters add cube shaped cuted aaloo and cover the lid. Cook for 5/7 mins.

Once aaloo are cooked add 1/4 hara pyaaz which are finely chopped. Add salt, lal mirch powder, green chilies, sprouted mung math and haldi powder. Mix well and cook for 3/4 mins more.

Hara pyaaz is nicely cooked and mixed with aaloo now add 1/2 raw hara pyaaz to the stuffing and mix it. So cooked and raw hara pyaaz in stuffing gives lovely flavors.

Prepare roti aata by adding salt, oil and water to the aata. Knead nicely and let it set for 15 mins.

Roll each roti(8)total by adding stuffing to it and roll it.

While serving apply ketchup in random way and add the remaining 1/4 hara pyaaz to each rolls (8) total.

Yummy aaloo and hare pyaaz ka roll is ready.
