1onion finely chopped
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspchat masala
1 tspaamchur powder
as per tasteSalt
2-3 tspcorn flour / besan
1/2 cupChopped coriander leaves

Add soya granular in hot water fr 10 min

Cook the potato and smash it add all ingredients with potato
3

Mix the squeezed soya granuals with potato mixer
4

Make a kabab shape and cook on lightly greased tawa or sandwich maker and cook both the side and serve with sause
