  • 500 gramspasta
  • 500 mlheavy cream
  • 250 gramsParmessano (fresh)
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1/2 stickbutter

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil 1.5 lt of water and cook pasta until al dente

  2. 2

    In a hot pan medium low, melt butter, add garlic cook for 20 seconds

  3. 3

    add shredded parmesano cheese and stir to melt for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper to taste and finally incorporate with the drained pasta
