Steps

Veggies ko wash karein. Kitchen towel se dry karein. Veggies ke beech m cut lagaye.

Ek bowl m sabhi masala ko mix karein.zeera mix nahi krna hai.

Ab sbhi veggies m thora thora masala fill karein. Bathua,methi or Palak ko achhe se wash karein.

Flat non stick twe Par oil garam karein or zeera bhune.sabhi veggies or green veggies ko twe Par rhke.Gas sim rakhein.veggies ko glne ya naram hone tak Pakayein.Beech m sabzi chalate rahein.

2 tomato m 1 tbsp coriander leaves or 1 tbsp palak mix kar ke pees le.

Sabzi pkne ke baad upper se tomato Puree dale or 5 min sim gas p Pakayein.

Coriander leaves se garnish karein.
