Ingredients

20 mnts
5-6 servings
  1. 1/4 th raw jackfruit(cubed and boiled)
  2. 1potato(boiled)
  3. 1-2 slicesbread
  4. 2 tbspspoon of all purpose flour
  5. 1 tbspspoon jeera powder
  6. 1 tspspoon kashmiri mirch powder
  7. 1/2 tspspoon garam masala powder 1 tb spoon ginger paste
  8. 1 tbspspoon cashew and raisin paste
  9. 1tomato cut into cubes
  10. 1tomato(pureed)
  11. 1 tspoon whole jeera
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. 3-4 pieceswhole garam masala
  14. 1dry red chilli
  15. To tastesalt and sugar
  16. 1 tspspoon turmeric powder
  17. As neededoil for frying
  18. As required water for curry

  1. 1

    At first mash the boiled potato and jackfruit and mix well

    Now mix a portion of jeera,garam masala, kashmiri mirch,salt,bread slice flour and cashew raisin paste to it and make a dough

    Now form balls taking small portion of the mixture

    Heat a pan add oil and deep fry all the balls and keep aside

    Add oil to the pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala,bay leaf and dry red chilli

    Now add the ginger paste jeera powder red chilli Powder cashew paste and chopped tomatoes and mix well adding salt and turmeric powder

    Finally add the tomato puree and add water and allow it to cook

    Add the fried koftas and garnish it with garam masala powder and serve.
