Jackfruit is an awesome ingredient to cook with.I have prepared this dish umpteen times but never got tired of cooking it.
Steps

At first mash the boiled potato and jackfruit and mix well

Now mix a portion of jeera,garam masala, kashmiri mirch,salt,bread slice flour and cashew raisin paste to it and make a dough

Now form balls taking small portion of the mixture

Heat a pan add oil and deep fry all the balls and keep aside
- 5
Add oil to the pan and tamper the whole jeera garam masala,bay leaf and dry red chilli
- 6
Now add the ginger paste jeera powder red chilli Powder cashew paste and chopped tomatoes and mix well adding salt and turmeric powder

Finally add the tomato puree and add water and allow it to cook

Add the fried koftas and garnish it with garam masala powder and serve.
