Ingredients

  • 100 grmsCoriander leaves
  • 2medium sized amlas
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 bowlfresh grated coconut
  • 1/2 bowlroasted skinned peanuts
  • 2 inchpiece of grated raw turmeric
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the Coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Deseed and chop amlas

  3. 3

    Grind in to smooth paste Coriander and amla with above mentioned all the ingredients

  4. 4

    Adjust the water to make it smooth

  5. 5

    Transfer the paste in a bowl

  6. 6

    Serve with dosa idlies snacks and paranthas
