Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gramssmall brinjal
  • 1small piece paneer grated
  • 1 cupmethi leaves chopped and boiled
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli Powder
  • 1 tspdhania Powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi Powder
  • 1/2 tspamchur Powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • pinchHing and zeera
  • as reqdoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Baigan ko wash karein.Kichen towel se dry karein or Baigan ke beech mein cut lagaye.

  2. 2

    Ek bowl mein sabhi masala or boiled methi ko mix karein or Baigan m ye filling thori thori bhar de. Zeera mix nahi karna.

  3. 3

    Pan mein oil garam karein or Hing zeera bhune. Baigan pan mein dal kar 2 min high flame par cook karein.gas sim karein or naram hone tak Pakayein.

  4. 4

    Grated Paneer dal kar coriander leaves se garnish karein. Chapati or paranthe ke sath serve karein.
