Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8Aamla/lndian goose berry medium size
  • 1 Small bunch Hara dhania/Coriander leaves
  • 3Hara pyaz/spring onion
  • 1Adrak/ginger small piece
  • 2Hari mirch/green chilli
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack salt
  • 1 tspBhuna jeera
  • 1/2 tspHing
  • 1/2 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and steam amla in microwave for2 mints or steam cook slightly to remove it's seeds easily...

  2. 2

    Wash and clean Coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Chop onions with their green part to get a smooth and fine texture

  4. 4

    Chop ginger and chillies too

  5. 5

    Add salt...jeera...heeng with little water in a mixer jar grind all together to make a fine paste..

  6. 6

    Now take out it in a bowl keep it in refrigerator

  7. 7

    Serve as spread or a dip for paranthas...rice...sandwiches or snacks
