Wash and drain out water from the rice. Allow to dry up and then steamcook in a ricecooker

Boil the soya chunks and drain out the water.

In a karai heat a bit of ghee.Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,garammasala,onion powder salt and sugar and stir fry adding water.Gradually add soya chunks and cook till the Masala dry up with the soya

In a hand I add and heat up the remaining ghee Add bayleaf,clove,cinnamon and wait tilling smells.Gradually add the.boiled rice.

Add the entire rice and lower the flame.Add to it soya chunks,salt,sugar,saffron strings,rose water salt and sugar.Add China Britain masala

Stir up everything gently.Close the mouth of the hand I and keep on a low flame stirring occasionally

Keep for a few more minutes. Adjust the salt and sugar. Serve hot garnishing with rose petals and cashews
