Wash, chopped &blanch spinach

Add salt in the spinach

Mix salt &corn flour in paneer

Take small piece of paneer stuff spinach give them shape &deep fry

Boil tomatoes with ginger &1 cardamom

Soaked beeje &makhana in the 1/4cup of milk &make fine paste

Make puree of tomato

Take a pan add butter crackle jeera and heeng

Cook makhana paste in simmer flame

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, stir fry until corner leaves oil

Add tomato puree cook 2mnts

Add salt, sugar, &garam masala cook2mbts

Add half cup of water &give them boil

Before serving cut kofta in the centre pour greavy & serve with paratha..
