Ingredients

  1. 5-6 Baby potato boiled
  2. 1Onion cut into cubes
  3. 1Tomato cut into cubes
  4. 2 teaspoonDry fenugreek leaves-
  5. 1/2 bunchCoriander leaves-
  6. 2 tablespoonsMint leaves-
  7. 2-3Garlic cloves-
  8. 2 Ginger inch piece
  9. 1/2 tablespoonsGramflaur
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2Green chilli
  12. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds powder
  13. 2 teaspoonLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and prick them with fork.

  2. 2

    Dry roast gramflaur and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Grind coriander leaves, Mint leaves. Dry fenugreek leaves, Cumin seeds powder, Salt,Green chilli, garlic, Ginger, lemon juice into a fine paste (no need to add water) take out in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Add roasted gramflaur into the coriander paste and coat the tomato, potato and onion pieces with coriander marinade.

  5. 5

    Place the veggies in skewers and grill them in preheated griller till brown and crispy.
