Spinach Khandvi

Take a bowl,add gram flour,spinach puree,salt,chilli,turmeric,curd in it..mix it well

Add water in it and make smooth batter

Take a wok,add spinach batter in it..and cook it on slow flame

Then grease the back side of plate..with ghee

When the batter become thick,spread it on the plate..

On the other hand..take a pan..

Add oil,rai in it..

Then add carrot,coconut powder,salt and red chilli in it..

Cook it for 1minute,filling is ready..

Then cut the pieces of khandvi..,put little stuffing in it and roll it..

Then take a pan,add oil,rai,dry red chilli and coriander leaves in it..cook it for 1minute,it's done..

Then put tampering on khandvi,and serve it..
