Using all the dry ingredients make soft dough

Apply hand of oil and set aside for resting. Keep it covered for 15 min

In a pan add oil and add green chilli

Now add chopped coriander leaves

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 mins

Once done remove in a plate and let it cool completely

Make chapattis sized balls of the dough and roll

Spread the cool coriander filling and wrap completely sealing the edges

Now deep fry in medium hot oil till crisp and golden

Cut from between and serve with tamarind chutney
