Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For Dough
  2. 250 gmgram flour
  3. 1/2sp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2sp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2sp coriander powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 spoonginger garlic paste
  8. For fillings
  9. 1/2 kgcoriander leaves (stick separated)
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 100 grasins
  12. 2Green chilli choppped
  13. Chopped Cashew
  14. 1 spoonoil
  15. 1sp dry mango powder
  16. Oil to deep fry

Steps

    Using all the dry ingredients make soft dough

  2. 2

    Apply hand of oil and set aside for resting. Keep it covered for 15 min

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil and add green chilli

  4. 4

    Now add chopped coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Once done remove in a plate and let it cool completely

  7. 7

    Make chapattis sized balls of the dough and roll

  8. 8

    Spread the cool coriander filling and wrap completely sealing the edges

  9. 9

    Now deep fry in medium hot oil till crisp and golden

  10. 10

    Cut from between and serve with tamarind chutney
