Steps

Peel the potatoes and prick them with fork.

Dry roast gramflaur and keep aside.

Grind coriander leaves, Mint leaves. Dry fenugreek leaves, Cumin seeds powder, Salt,Green chilli, garlic, Ginger, lemon juice into a fine paste (no need to add water) take out in a bowl.

Add roasted gramflaur into the coriander paste and coat the tomato, potato and onion pieces with coriander marinade.

Place the veggies in skewers and grill them in preheated griller till brown and crispy.
