Ingredients

  • 1 lbground chuck
  • 1/2 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 envelopetaco seasoning
  • 6 mediumflour tortillas
  • 1 canrefried beans
  • 4 cupcolby-jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ozsour cream

  1. 1

    Brown meat with onion; drain.

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning and beans. Mix well.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix sour cream and soup together.

  4. 4

    Spread half of soup mixture in casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over soup mixture.

  6. 6

    Put half of the meat over tortillas.

  7. 7

    Add remaining soup mixture on top of meat.

  8. 8

    Repeat layers.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes at 350°F.
