Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 5boiled smashed Potato
  2. 1/2 Bowlpalak paste
  3. 1 Bowlbread crumbs
  4. 4 Tbspoon corn flour
  5. 3Cheese cubes or grated cheese
  6. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  7. 1/4 Tea spoonchat masala
  8. 1/4 Tea spoonjeera powder
  9. 1/4 Tea spooncrushed black paper
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Bowl add potatoes, palak paste.

  2. 2

    Add Ginger garlic chilli paste, jeera powder, chat masala, crushed black pepper and salt.

    Add 3 Tb. Spoon. Corn flour and half bowl bread crumbs. Mix gently.

    Dived this mixture in equal part.

  5. 5

    Take one cheese cube cut it in 4 part.

  6. 6

    Make a boll of this mixture, insert one cheese in centre and Press it make smooth boll.

    Take one Bowl add 2tb spoon. Corn flour and water make paste.

    Take half bowl bread crumbs.

  9. 9

    Heat oil.

  10. 10

    Take one cheese boll deep it in corn flour paste. Then roll on bread crumbs. Deep fry it. Teapot same process with all cheese ball.

    Serve it hot green chutney and tomato sauce.
