Mix the besan, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped methileaves, greenpea, salt chopped greenchilli and haldi. Makes a batter and deep fry the pokora.

Take a bowl add curd water and besan makes a kadhi batter.

Heat a pan add oil add methidana, ginger, garlic crackle it.

Add methi leaves, stir fry.

Add besan mix curd, salt and haldi power. Mix it well.

When the mixture becomes thicken add methi veg pokora.

Heat a pan add oil add hing, red chilli, greenchilli, currypatta and chopped garlic stir it add red chilli powder.

Pour the seasoning over the kadhi.
