Steps

Take a kadhai add oil add finely chopped onion and tomato cooked well and then add potato and sauté few minutes till soft and light brown.

Now add washed methi leaves and cook on low flame.

Cook on on uncovered and it will leave the water.

Cook on low flame and give a nice stirr.

When all water dried and methi leaves cooked completely, then switch off gass..

You check that methi leaves and potato cooked well.

Add butter and serve hot with nan or chapati.
