1 cupmoong dhuli dal (yellow)
1 cuppalak chopped
1green chilli chopped
to tasteSalt
1/4 tsp haldi Powder
pinchHing
1/2 tspjeera
as needed ghee

Dal or palak ko achhe se wash karein or cooker m salt or haldi mix kar ke 2 cup pani dal kar 2 whistle lgaye.

Pan m ghee garam karein or Hing zeera or green chilli ko bhun kar dal m mix karein.

Chapati or paranthe ke sath serve karein.

Note.....Is dal ko patients ko bhi di jati hai.
