Grilled Chicken Kofta

Grind the chicken breasts.

Finely chop the onion, then squeeze out the excess water. Set the onion water aside for later use.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Wet your hands and skewers with the reserved onion water, then shape the mixture into kofta fingers. Place them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grill the kofta fingers, turning them on all sides, until fully cooked.
