Ingredients

Makes around 12 small flapjacks
  • 1 Cup& 1 tbspn gluten free flour
  • 1 Cupnon-dairy milk
  • 1Large egg
  • 1 Teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 dashvanilla extract
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1-2 tablespoonssweetener

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift and combine all dry ingredients and stir

  2. 2

    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and sweetener. I used liquid sweetener but you could also use honey or agave. About 2 tablespoons depending on how sweet you want them to be.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth

  4. 4

    Heat a non-stick frying pan (or you can use non-stick spray) and add a little bit of oil

  5. 5

    Spoon small amounts of batter into the frying pan and let cook until golden brown. flip and repeat on other side
