1 cupmushroom blanched
1/2 cupboiled peas
1 cuppaste of fried onion,ginger garlic
1tomato pureed
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add mushroom and peas saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add masala paste and saute well

Now mix red chilli Powder and tomato puree
4

Simmer till everything get combined
5

Add sugar and garam masala powder and cover
6

Serve it with chapati
