1 cupmoong Dal paste
1/2 tspajwain
to tasteSalt
1 tsp sugar
1 tspGreen chillies and ginger paste
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
1 tspHeeng powder
1 cupmeethi leaves
2 tspLemon juice
1 tspJeera powder

Make dough with all the ingredients well

If water is required then add to make a dough other wise not

Left it for some time

Then take a small size ball and make a puri or pratha

Heat the oil and fry the puri in low flame
