Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupmoong Dal paste
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tspGreen chillies and ginger paste
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspHeeng powder
  • 1 cupmeethi leaves
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspJeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough with all the ingredients well

  2. 2

    If water is required then add to make a dough other wise not

  3. 3

    Left it for some time

  4. 4

    Then take a small size ball and make a puri or pratha

  5. 5

    Heat the oil and fry the puri in low flame
