in a sauce pan melt butter and add onions and chicken breast. cook until tender. shred the chicken

into the pot add flour and salt and black pepper and mix well

add chicken broth and milk and stir until thick and bubbly

then add carrots, corn snd celery and mix well.

on a 9in round baking dish put one of the pie crust and then add the mixture in and cover with the other pie crust

with a knife pokr wholes and whisk an egg white and brush it on top of the pie crust for a nice golden brown crust

bake 350°F for 30-40 mins or until golden brown and enjoy!
