Ingredients

  • 2 lbGround beef
  • 1 lbFrozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 canCampbell's tomato soup
  • 1 canCampbell's creme of mushroom soup
  • 1 packagesCreme of onion soup dry packet
  • 2 packagesCountry Crock bowls of homestyle mashed potatoes
  • 1 packagesDinner rolls of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef

  3. 3

    Defrost/cook frozen vegetables

  4. 4

    Mix ground beef, vegetables, cans of soup, and soup packet in large mixing bowl

  5. 5

    Once mixed, spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish

  6. 6

    Cook the country crock mashed potatoes, use directions on the package

  7. 7

    Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the mixed ingredients in the baking dish

  8. 8

    Place baking dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes

  9. 9

    Top of potatoes will start to golden when close to done

  10. 10

    Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes

  11. 11

    Serve and enjoy
