1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspblack pepper
1beef boullion cube
1chicken boullion cube
2 cupwater

Boil water. Add cubes.

In different pan melt butter. Add flour to butter, stirring constantly with whisk. Looking for golden hue.

Slowly mix in stock.
