  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 1 tsporegano
  3. 1 tspchili powder
  4. 1 tspsage
  5. 1 tspbasil
  6. 1 tspmarjoram
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 2 tbsppaprika
  10. 1 tsponion salt
  11. 1 tspgarlic powder
  12. 2 tbspMSG based seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Dredge chicken in mix. Shake off. Now drop in hot oil 350.f cook till chicken is 170°F

    Dry on paper towels
