  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 8.8 ozchicken breast
  3. 1bell pepper
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. black pepper
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. salt
  10. oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice with salt and set aside.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and add a little oil, bell pepper, onion, chicken, and spices. Mix everything and let it cook well.

  3. 3

    Then add the drained rice and mix everything well.

  4. 4

    You can add cheese if desired. Enjoy your meal!
