Ingredients

  • 2 boxmedium shells
  • 2 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 3 eacheggs
  • 8 cupshreded cheese

    boil the shells

  2. 2

    drain and rinse shells with cold water

  3. 3

    mix all other ingredients together but keep 2 cups of the cheese for later

  4. 4

    put the shells in a 9 1/2 by 13 glass dish

  5. 5

    pour the cheese mixture over the shells and spread evenly

  6. 6

    top with the remaining cheese

  7. 7

    cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for about an hour

  8. 8

    remove foil and bake an additional 15 to 25 minutes
