Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchicken breast tenders, cubed
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 2green onion, finely chopped
  4. 3garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1/2 cuporange juice (I like to fresh squeeze mine, but any kind works)
  6. 1/2 cuphoney
  7. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupwhite vinegar
  9. 3 tbspcornstarch
  10. 1 tbsporange zest
  11. 1 dashcrushed red pepper
  12. 1 tbspsesame seeds (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Sauce: combine garlic, orange juice, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and orange zest in a medium bowl. Stir well.

    Chicken: season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet oil over medium heat, add chicken, and cover. Let simmer for 5 minutes, flip chicken, add sauce, cover, and let simmer until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through.

    Top with green onion and sesame seeds.

    Serve over rice or quinoa, or use it for lettuce wraps!
