3red bell pepper (sliced)
1onion bulb (chopped)
2knor cube
3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
1finger carrot (diced)
Little sliced spring onion

Place a dry pot on heat,add vegetable oil after 1min,add onion,pepper, tomatoes allow for 10min.

Then add knorr cube,salt then break egg whisk add to the tomatoes sauce allow for 3min

Add spring onions and carrot for 2min.Turn off heat serve egg sauce..
