Ingredients

  1. 1 pkg (10 oz)frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  2. 1 cupdry bread crumbs
  3. 1small onion, finely chopped
  4. 2eggs, lightly beaten
  5. 1/4 cupgrated Romano cheese
  6. 2 tspdried oregano
  7. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 lbground lamb
  10. 1 lbground beef
  11. Tzatziki sauce for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except tzatziki sauce, and mix well. Shape into loaf and place in greased 11x7 inch baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until no pink remains. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
