  5. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  6. 1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
  7. 4 lbplum tomatoes, halved lengthwise

    Preheat oven to 200.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss together.

    Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

    Roast at 200 for 7.5 hours.
