Boil sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, water, and corn syrup.

Pour over butter and stir until butter melts.

Cool until lukewarm and stir into flour mix.

Chill overnight

Roll and cut into xmas shapes.

Bake at 375°F for 12-15min

Use electric beater to mix icing ingredients

Decorate with icing. Will be very thick, but should pass through a pastry tube (or cut corner of a zip lock bag).

Store in airtight container
