  • 4 cupbite-size broccoli florets with short stems
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 cup6 oz. baby bella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupvertically sliced onion
  • 1/2 tspdried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tspcoarse salt
  • 1 pinchfresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

    steam broccoli in steamer rack over boiling water until bright green and nearly tender, 3-4 min.

  2. 2

    heat oilnin lg. heavy skillet over med. high heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and broccoli; sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally with a lg. spoon until mushrooms are tender, about 5 min. Add vinegar and toss.
