1/3 cupice
80 gramsstrawberries, hulled
1/3 cupporridge oats
1/3 cupnatural yoghurt
1 tspchocolate powder
1/2 tbsphoney
1/2 tspvanilla extract
crushed meringue (optional)
chocolate flakes (optional)

Put all the ingredients in a blender, with the ice last, and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass, garnish with crushed meringue and chocolate sauce, and serve.
