Ingredients

  1. 16 ozvanilla yogurt (greek or light and fit)
  2. 1 cuppeanut butter
  3. 2 largebananas
  4. 2 tspcinnamon
  5. 1 tbsphoney

Cooking Instructions

    whip it all up in blender

    Using a thick freezer bag ( with a tiny hole in one corner) squirt mixture onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet in little bite sized blobbies or fun shapes

    freeze for several hours

  4. 4

    store frozen

  5. 5

    if you have left over mix, keep it in the fridge until your ready to use it
