Steps

Wash rice and pressure cook in milk for 10 minutes (or cook on slow heat, till rice is soft).

Add milk made and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the kheer reaches the desired consistency.

Remove from heat. Serve garnished with nuts / elaichi powder
- 4
Serve it hot or cold with masala puri for lunch or dinner.
