Ingredients

  1. 4-5Boiled potatoes - medium
  2. 2Onion medium
  3. 2Tomatoes medium paste/puree
  4. 1 tspGarlic ginger chilli paste
  5. 1 tspMelon and poppy seeds
  6. 1/4 cupBroken Kaju
  7. 1 tbspFresh cream/ malai
  8. 1/4 cupGrated paneer
  9. 1 tspCorn flour
  10. 1 tspBread crumbs
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspCiba haldi
  13. 1 tspDhania powder
  14. 1 tspLal mirchi powder
  15. 1 tspCiba garam masala
  16. 1/2 tspSugar
  17. 1/2 tspKasoori methi
  18. 1 pcTej patta
  19. 2-3 pc Clove
  20. 1 small pcDalchini
  21. 1 tspOil
  22. as neededOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take boiled potatoes in a bowl. Mash it and add salt and grated paneer and bread crumbs. Mix well.

    Now take little portion of mixture and stuff kaju pieces and make in ball shape. Make all accordingly.

    Coat/dust with corn flour. Fry them on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour. Keep aside.

    Grind and make paste frm onion garlic ginger and chillies.

  5. 5

    Make smooth b fine paste of melon seeds poppy seeds and kaju.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadai. Put tej patta, cloves and dalchini. Add onion paste. Mix well.

    Cook till pinkish or translucent. Then add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.

    Add all dry masalas and sugar and garam masala.

    Then add fresh cream or malai. Cook for a min.

    Add desired water for gravy. Cover and cook till oil separates. Finally add crushed kasoori methi.

    Now i a serving bowl take gravy and put koftas over it and garnish it with fresh cream.

    Ready to eat with rumali roti/ tandoori roti/ paratha or naan.
