  2. 1 tbspBrown sugar
  3. 1 tbspBaking powder
  4. 1 cupHazelnut milk or the milk alternative you use
  5. 2 tbspOil

    add a little oil into a decent non stick pan

    Whilst that is heating, add all dry ingredients into a bowl, then add all wet ingredients and mix

  3. 3

    Lumps do not matter, don't over mix!

    Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side, this recipe will make around 4 pancakes

  5. 5

    I added strawberries, desicated coconut and maple syrup on mine but you can choose what vegan topping you wish 😃
