Asian Marinade & Stir-Fry Sauce Asian Marinade & Stir-Fry Sauce
I mainly use this marinade for the chicken in my Chinese Chicken Salad. But it's also great on other meats as both a marinade and for basting while you grill. I've also used it for seasoning my homemade fried rice and other Asian inspired stir-fries. Good to have in the fridge because it keeps a long time and is so versatile. Maggie Conlon -
"Down South" Stir Fry Sauce "Down South" Stir Fry Sauce
A BBQ inspired Asian stir fry sauce, I came up with this sauce to compliment left over kabobs (chicken, shrimp, beef) and seared asparagus (bacon-wrapped). I really think the combination of bacon and brown sugar with the seared taste from the grill create a southern BBQ taste that pairs perfectly with the citrus Asian flair. Try it and let me know what you think!Caleb Kender

Beef and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry with Butter Soy Sauce Beef and Maitake Mushroom Stir Fry with Butter Soy Sauce
When I was a newlywed, I bought some shabu-shabu beef at a neighborhood supermarket, and stir-fried it with maitake mushrooms in butter, and my husband loved it.It's delicious without having to use expensive meat!Shabu-shabu beef cooks up the tenderest. If you cook it too long it will become tough, so stir fry briefly with the maitake mushrooms. You don't need to use expensive beef. Very thinly sliced shabu-shabu beef is fine. For 4 servings. I thought the seasonings for the dish, "Goes well with Rice: Pork and Vegetable stir-fry" would also work great for stir-fried noodles. It was a success! The key is to cook the noodles over high even after adding the vegetables.Cabbages, bean sprouts and/or scallions also go well with this dish. Add what you'd like!
